such為形容詞，修飾名詞

when/while/as

三者作“當時”講，引導時間狀語從句，表示一段時間時可以互換（從句動詞用延續(xù)性動詞）

When/While/As we was looking for her watch,she just stood there.

表示一點時間時，when和as可互換（從句動詞為終止性動詞）

Dad was having supper when/as I got home.

如果when在意義上與before或after相當，則不用while,as

The film had begun when we arrived.
